The management of land in which London Transport, Transport for London or any subsidiary or successor of London Transport or Transport for London has an interest.

The provision of advice concerning such land or land in which London Transport, Transport for London or a subsidiary of either of them is proposing to acquire an interest.

The acquisition, disposal, refurbishment, development or improvement of property for London Transport, Transport for London or a subsidiary of either of them.

The provision of financial, administrative, legal or any other services in connection with any activity within this paragraph.
