<Text>These Regulations may be cited as the Education Standards Fund (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 12th January 2001.</Text>

<Text>The Education Standards Fund (England) Regulations 2000<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> shall be amended as follows.</Text>

<Text>In regulation 2(1) the following definition shall be inserted at the appropriate place—</Text>
