<Text>Whereas a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with the provisions of section 1(2) of the Census Act 1920<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and section 6(2) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>, and during the period of forty days beginning with the day on which a copy of the draft of the Order was laid before each House of Parliament neither House resolved that the draft should not be submitted to Her Majesty:</Text>
