Regulation 20 shall not have effect and accordingly regulations 16(2)(c)(iv) and 25(4)(c) shall also not have effect.

In regulation 24(3)(b), the reference to a chief inspector of weights and measures is a reference to a chief inspector of weights and measures appointed under article 40 of the 1981 Order.
