The Beer and Cider and Perry (Amendment) Regulations 2000

The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 2(3), (3A), and (4), 49(1)(a), (d) and (g) and (2) and 62(5) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:
