<Text>This Order may be cited as the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2000.</Text>

<Text>The following provisions of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 shall come into force on 4th December 2000:</Text>
