Dissolution of <Acronym Expansion="National Health Service">NHS</Acronym> trusts 2 The Kent and Sussex Weald National Health Service Trust established by the Kent and Sussex Weald National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are revoked. This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 2000 of the Kent and Sussex Weald and Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trusts.

This Order should be read in conjunction with the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000.
