• The Metropolitan Police Authority(2);

• The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority(3).

The Comptroller and Auditor General for Northern Ireland was constituted under the Northern Ireland Act 1998 c. 47.

(2)

The Metropolitan Police Authority was created by section 310 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29).

(3)

The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority was reconstituted by section 328 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29).
