Provision coming into force 2 1 The provisions of the Act specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 3rd August 2000. 2 The provision of the Act specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 10th August 2000. 3 The provision of the Act specified in Part III of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st September 2000. 4 Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule to this Order the provisions referred to in paragraphs (1) to (3) above shall come into force for all purposes.
