SCHEDULE 4 AMENDMENTS TO THE PETROLEUM ACT 1998

3.  After section 17(1) there shall be inserted—

“(1A) This section does not apply to controlled petroleum pipelines, and, in the case of a downstream gas pipeline to which section 17B applies, is subject to that section.”
