<Text>This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st August 2000.</Text>

<Title>Designation</Title>

<Text>The sports ground specified in the Schedule to this Order (being a sports ground in England at which association football matches are played, which is occupied by a club which is a member of the Football League Limited or the Football Association Premier League Limited, and which in the opinion of the Secretary of State has accommodation for more than 5,000 spectators) is hereby designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>.</Text>

<Title>Amendment to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Rugby Football Grounds) (Designation) Order 1985</Title>
