1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Information and Communication Technology) (England) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st August 2000.
(2) In this Order—
“The Document” means the Document published by the Stationery Office entitled “Programmes of Study and Attainment Targets in Information and Communication Technology”(1).
(3) This Order applies only to pupils at:
(a)any community, foundation or voluntary school; or
(b)any community or foundation special school not established in a hospital,
in England.
