Amendment of the Road Traffic (Parking Adjudicators) (London) Regulations 1993

5.—(1) The Road Traffic (Parking Adjudicators) (London) Regulations 1993(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 for the definition of “local authority” there shall be substituted—

• ““local authority” (except in regulation 3) means—

  (a)

  in a case where Transport for London made the disputed decisions, Transport for London;

  (b)

  in any other case, the London authority which made the disputed decision;”.
