The BHB Community Health Care, the Forest Healthcare, the Havering Hospitals and the Redbridge Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and by section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order3, and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act4, hereby makes the following Order:
