“A” Roads (in numerical order)

9.  A12 from the boundary of London to its junction with Blackwall Tunnel Approach (A102) excluding the roundabout at M25 junction 28 but including—

(a) the road formerly known as the A102(M) East Cross Route and A102 Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach;

(b) Brunswick Road; and

(c) St Leonards Road.
