The Greater London Authority Act 1999 (Commencement No. 5 and Appointment of Reconstitution Day) Order 2000 No. 1094 (C. 33)

Commencement on 3rd July 2000

4.  The following provisions of the 1999 Act shall come into force on 3rd July 2000:

(a) section 328, insofar as it is not already in force;

(b) section 329;

(c) section 330;

(d) section 331;

(e) section 332;

(f) section 333;

(g) Schedule 28, insofar as it is not already in force;

(h) Schedule 29; and

(i) Part VIII of Schedule 34.
