The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:–
Commencement and citation1
This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 9th April 1999.
Variations

The A205 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 19983 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

In Schedule 4 item 14 is substituted as follows:
“14. from the western flank wall of No. 410 Westhorne Avenue, to the north-eastern kerb-line of the junction with A20 Sidcup Road (at Clifton’s roundabout)”.
