PART X RATING (DISABLED PERSONS) ACT 1978

Interpretation and application

3.10.1—(1) In this Part, “the Act” means the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978(1).

(2) This Part applies to appeals under section 6(5) or 6(5A) of the Act(2).
