These Regulations make provision as to the circumstances in which a certificate of NHS Charges may be reviewed (regulation 2), as to manner in which, and time within which, appeals against certificates may be made and the procedure to be followed (regulations 3 to 11) and as to the right to appeal to the High Court on a point of law (regulation 12).
