The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State acting jointly, in consequence of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998(1) and of the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999(2), in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47(2) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations–
