The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 12 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation Act 19721, after consulting with representatives of the local education authorities, teachers and other persons likely to be affected in accordance with section 9(5) of that Act, and with the consent of the Treasury2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
