This Order authorises the Berkeley Festival Waterfront Company Limited to construct works which interfere with navigation, namely a pier, with buildings for commercial and leisure purposes at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth Harbour and to construct replacement quay walls in the vicinity of the pier.
Copies of the deposited plans and the deposited sections are available for inspection free of charge during office hours at the offices of Portsmouth City Council, at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth PO1 2AL.
