Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 2000 of the Alexandra Health Care, Kidderminster Health Care Worcestershire Community Healthcare and Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trusts.
This Order should be read in conjunction with the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999(1) and the Worcestershire Community and Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999(2).
