Whereas a draft of this Order has, in accordance with section 11(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act 19971, been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 11(4) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
