Revocations and consequential amendments E+W+S

29.—(1) The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 M1 , the Management of Health and Safety at Work (Amendment) Regulations 1994 M2 , the Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations 1997 M3 and Part III of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 are hereby revoked.

(2) The instruments specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 shall be amended in accordance with the corresponding provisions in column 3 of that Schedule.
