Regulations to have effect as health and safety regulations
28. Subject to regulation 9 of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997(1), these Regulations shall, to the extent that they would not otherwise do so, have effect as if they were health and safety regulations within the meaning of Part I of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
