The Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 and shall come into force—

(a) as respect all regulations except for regulation 5, on 1st January 2000; and

(b) as respects regulation 5, on the 13th May 2000.
