The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
Commencement and citation1
This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 6th December 1999.

The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 19973 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

In schedule 2B item 13 is varied as follows:

The A41 Hendon Way, northbound carriageway, the south-west side, between a point 14 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Graham Road and a point 44 metres north-west of that kerb-line.
