In regulation 2672 (income support)–
a
in paragraph (1), for the words “the day when any change of circumstances affecting entitlement is to have” there shall be substituted the words “the date from which a superseding decision on the ground of a relevant change of circumstances has”; and
b
in paragraphs (2) and (3), the words “on review” shall be omitted.
