The Local Authorities (Calculation of Council Tax Base) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 33(5) and (6), 34(4), 44(5) and (6), 45(4) and (5), and 48(5) and (6) of the Local Government Finance Act 19921, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
