3.—(1) The specified networks are designated as networks in relation to which section 39 of the Act (closure of operational passenger networks) is not to have effect.
(2) Pudding Mill Lane Station in the London Borough of Newham is designated as a station in relation to which section 41 of the Act (closure of railway facilities used in connection with passenger services) is not to have effect.
