The Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of a hospital previously managed by the Plymouth Community Services National Health Service Trust2, and having consulted that Trust and the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust3 in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 16th November 1999.

In this Order—

“the first Trust” means the Plymouth Community Services National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 30th July 1999.

Transfer of trust property2

On 16th November 1999 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.

This Order transfers to the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 16th November 1999 trust property held by the Plymouth Community Services National Health Service Trust.
