The Traffic Director for London, following a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 6 and 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following order:—

Commencement and citation1

This order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Variation (No. 2) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 18th October 1999.

Variations

The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 19933 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

In this article “restricted hours” means the period from 0700 hours to 1900 hours on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.
