In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 132(1) of the School Standards and Framework Act 19981, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Funding Agency for Schools Dissolution Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st November 1999.

The Secretary of State hereby specifies 1st November 1999 as the date on which the Funding Agency for Schools shall be dissolved.
