In regulation 22A M1 (reduction in applicable amount where claimant is appealing against a decision that he is not incapable of work)—
a
in paragraphs (1) and (3) and in the heading, after the words “against a decision" there shall be inserted the words “
which embodies a determination
”
; and
b
in paragraph (3), for the word “decision" in the second place in which it occurs there shall be substituted the word “
determination
”
.
