SCHEDULE 4 E+W+S AMENDMENT OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY (WIDOW’S BENEFIT, RETIREMENT PENSIONS AND OTHER BENEFITS) (TRANSITIONAL) REGULATIONS 1979

1.  In regulation 2(3) M1 (interpretation), for the words “, a social security appeal tribunal or an adjudication officer" there shall be substituted the words “ or an appeal tribunal constituted under Chapter I of Part I of the Social Security Act 1998 ”. E+W+S
