Coming into force

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and citation1

This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 27th August 1999.

Variations

The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 19973 is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

In schedule 2B, items 3 and 4 are deleted and replaced with the following items:

1. The A4 Bath Road, the south side, between a point opposite the party wall of 750 and 752 Bath Road and a part 1.5 metres east of the party wall of 768 and 770 Bath Road.

2. The A4 Bath Road, the south side, between a point opposite the common boundary of 626 and 628 Bath Road and a point 12.1 metres west thereof.

3. The A4 Bath Road, the south side between a point 18.7 metres west of the common boundary of 626 and 628 Bath Road and a point 17.8 metres west thereof.
