The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 27th August 1999.
2. The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 2B, items 3 and 4 are deleted and replaced with the following items:
| “1. The A4 Bath Road, the south side, between a point opposite the party wall of 750 and 752 Bath Road and a part 1.5 metres east of the party wall of 768 and 770 Bath Road. | 10 am-4pm Monday-Saturday inclusive | 20 minutes | 40 minutes |
| 2. The A4 Bath Road, the south side, between a point opposite the common boundary of 626 and 628 Bath Road and a point 12.1 metres west thereof. | |||
| 3. The A4 Bath Road, the south side between a point 18.7 metres west of the common boundary of 626 and 628 Bath Road and a point 17.8 metres west thereof.” |
4. In schedule 3B, item 1 and 2 are deleted and replaced with the words “No items”.
