TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This Order, which comes into force on 1st September 1999, revokes the Redundancy Payments (Local Government) (Modification) Order 1983 and the subsequent orders which amended it, and consolidates their provisions, with further amendments, into a single order.

A person or body of persons responsible for the management of an assisted community home within the meaning of section 36 of the Children and Young Persons Act 196947 or of an approved institution within the meaning of section 46 of that Act.
