The Licensing of Air Carriers Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to measures relating to air transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
