SCHEDULE No. 1

2.  In Article 1(1), in the definition of “the Residence and Persons Abroad Regulations”–

(a) for the words “regulations made under the Act” there shall be substituted the words “Great Britain”, and

(b) for the words “regulations made under the Order” there shall be substituted the words “Northern Ireland”.
