Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 4(2) of the School Inspections Act 19961 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1.

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in Wales) (No. 3) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st September 1999.

2.

The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in Wales with effect from 1st September 1999.
