Consequential amendments
29.—(1) In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998(1), at the end of column (1) of Schedule 1, there shall be added the words “The Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999” and at the end of column (2) the words “S.I. 1999/2001”.
(2) In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(2), at the end of column (1) of Schedule 2, there shall be added the words “The Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999” and at the end of column (2) the words “S.I. 1999/2001”.
(3) In regulation 10(1) of the Pressure Vessels (Verification) Regulations 1988(3) there shall be inserted after the words “pressure vessel” the words “, not being one to which the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 apply,”.
(4) In regulation 10(1) of the Pressure Vessels (Verification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(4) there shall be inserted after the words “pressure vessel” the words “, not being one to which the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 apply,”.
