The Railways Act 1993 (Consequential Modifications) (No. 2) Order 1999

Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State to be necessary or expedient in consequence of the provisions of the Railways Act 19931 and instruments made under or by virtue of that Act to make such modifications of existing provisions as are set out in the following Order;
