By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council

Whereas in pursuance of sections 10(4) and (12), 27(3), 28(3) and 29(2) of, and paragraph 21 of the Schedule to, the Osteopaths Act 19931 the General Osteopathic Council have made the General Osteopathic Council (Fraud or Error and Appeals) Rules 1999 as set out in the Schedule to this Order:

And whereas by sections 35(1) and 36 of that Act such rules shall not come into force until approved by order of the Privy Council:

Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the said Rules into consideration, are pleased to, and do hereby, approve the same.
