Census Act 1920 (c. 41)11

In section 9 of the Census Act 1920 (application to Scotland)10–

a

in subsection (1) for “the Secretary of State” there is substituted “the Scottish Ministers”; and

b

after subsection (2) there is inserted–

The Scottish Parliament shall be substituted for references to Parliament or either House of Parliament.

In section 2(3) “with the sanction of the Treasury” is omitted.
