This Order may be cited as the Social Security Act 1998 (Commencement No. 7 and Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Order 1999.

In Part III of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Information, Evidence and Disclosure) Regulations 1992 M1 bearing that number.

In Part IV of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation or Schedule is to a regulation of or, as the case may be, a numbered Schedule to the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 M2 bearing that number.

In Part V of this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations 1992 M3 bearing that number.

In Part VI of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992 M4 bearing that number.

In Part VIII of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Maintenance Arrangements and Jurisdiction) Regulations 1992 M5 bearing that number.

In Part IX of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1994 M6 bearing that number.

In Part X of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support and Income Support (Amendment) Regulations 1995 M7 bearing that number.

In Part XI of this Order a reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1995 M8 bearing that number.
