Following changes to article 61 of the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995, references in Rule 5(2) are now made to a flying display, a flying display director and a pilot display authorisation (regulation 2(1) and (2)).

Permission required by an aircraft to taxi on the apron or the manoeuvring area of an aerodrome or by a vehicle or person to go or move on the manoeuvring area of an aerodrome may be obtained from the aerodrome flight information service unit (regulation 2(4) and (5)).
