Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 103(3)(a) of the Scotland Act 19981, paragraph 34(1)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 19982 and section 82(3)(a) of the Northern Ireland Act 19983 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–
