1. This Order may be cited as the International Mobile Satellite Organisation (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1999. It shall come into force on the date on which the Headquarters Agreement(1) between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the International Mobile Satellite Organisation enters into force. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
